Great service but didn't have any American Cars to offer. I have rented cars form this location 4 times this year. Most of the time the service is great. The last time was a little different. I scheduled for them to pick me up from my home. They was supposed to pick me up at 11:00 am. I had called their office to remind them 45 minuets in advance. The assistant manager answered the phone. He told me in what I considered a rude tone. He didn't have anyone to do that. My thought is if you make a schedule KEEP IT. Or at least call and let me know so I'm not waiting on you. When a driver came out to pick my wife and I up. It was 11:45am. The driver they sent was a young man. He drove very fast and a little crazy. He was speeding the whole time and at one point in a 35MPH zone he was doing over 50MPH. However after getting there I told the gentleman that finished or reservation and got us our car for our trip about the experience. He was very apologetic and courteous. We ended up with a Hyundai. Unfortunately if you want something with an American name. They won't hold one for you. Take what you get. In the end they did give me 10% savings on my next car and a free upgrade. Most everyone in the office there are good people. Maybe just caught them on one of those days.
Fast, courteous service. The friendly Enterprise staff go out of their way to accommodate and make you feel welcome. I've always had a positive experience there. Not so much with other car rentals.
I rent quite frequently for business. The staff is always friendly, professional and human. It's always a pleasant experience and they're great people.

I rent cars all the time and mostly from Enterprise. This time was a bit different. I had a great experience at check in. The young man was very helpful and got me in and out quickly. So five stars to him. However, the issue arose when I returned the car. A different person checked me back in. He went out to the car and came back with the comment of "are you aware or our pet policy" I said yes. He said well I will have to charge you the $150 extra because there is pet hair all over the passenger side. I assured him I did not have a pet in the car, which he comment I was going to be charged the pet fee. I told him I did not have a damn animal in the car and I was not going to pay the fee. He said well your just going to have to go find a car wash and vacuum out the car. At this point I was over it with this person accusing me of having a pet in the car. I told him I would call the hotel I went to and have them tell him I did not check in with a pet. The best part was he said he had my card on file and he would charge me anyway. It is a good thing the young man who checked me in was there and stepped in and said to me I know you didn't have a pet with you when you checked in, so he took care of the billing process. I will make sure to check the car fully regardless of the time I pick it up from this location again.
